International Multidomain Project Management
International Multidomain Project Management
The course focuses on model-based system engineering (MBSE) with closed-loop development and AI support, a transformative approach that leverages the power of artificial intelligence to revolutionize recursive design, analysis, and optimization processes and surpass the capabilities of traditional R&D methods.
The closed loop is realized by intelligently linking software tools with the development concept and the product life cycle. With the help of modeling software, the product model describes a virtual product that can represent different development perspectives.
Our training particularly emphasizes the AI and GPT approach as an integral component. This approach, in which models are represented in an initial loop and then transferred to a closed development environment, is an essential part of the approach. The training provides a firm understanding of the development data as the product's digital twin and enables participants to make informed decisions and drive the project forward. This approach simplifies and emphasizes the crucial role of interdisciplinary collaboration in the development process.
DAY1
You will gain an understanding
of systems and learn how to analyze and describe them.
You will also explore the importance of
stakeholder perspective in the development process and learn how to leverage the benefits of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) over traditional development methods.
Systems thinking helps participants to overcome silo thinking successfully.
DAY 1
You will learn a practical and comprehensive problem-
solving approach, which is effective in all
facets of a product life cycle.
With this new and practical knowledge, new approaches to product development,
product modifications, product problems, or risks can be elaborated.
DAY 1
You will learn how to create
Product Concepts and structure them
successfully as the roadmap for the product life-cycle.
Concept creation with the help of the
ConOps(Concept of Operation) succeeds
in structuring and formulating a project on a project basis.
The project's success is ensured through
using ConCops, which applies system thinking and problem-solving to achieve the project goals.
DAY 2
You will receive in-depth instructions on how to establish a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) effectively
framework using a practical example.
The session will include hands-on
development of the model structure, as well as the creation of a model for an
autonomous robot, utilizing diagrams from various viewpoints. Additionally,
you will gain practical experience
by working on your test version of
SPARX ™ Enterprise Architect to apply and reinforce what you have learned.
As a result of this training, you will be equipped to immediately and effectively apply MBSE in your professional work
DAY 3
In this section, we will explore how to start an MBSE project with AI support and how to implement the initial ideas in models. It will show how to create meaningful prompts to generate use cases, diagrams, and more in the SysML language and how to have already created models checked by AI.
DAY 3
In the last section, you will learn how processes according to ISO 15288, namely system design processes, technical management processes, and product transition processes, will be elaborated.
